If your NORAUTO Remote Starter isn't jump-starting your car, there are several possible reasons: * The clamps may be incorrectly connected. Check the connections, carefully following the instructions in the manual. * The internal battery might not be charged. Verify its charge level and recharge it if needed. * The internal battery temperature could be too high (above 65 degrees). Place the device in a well-ventilated area to allow the battery to cool down. * The voltage of your vehicle's battery might be too high (over 15 volts). Do not attempt to use the device on your vehicle in this case. * Alternatively, the voltage of your vehicle's battery might be too low (below 3 volts). Recharge the battery beyond 3V or replace the battery or try in Bypass mode.
