Why does the Nordmende TDC80WH take so long to dry?

If the drying process with your Nordmende Dryer is taking longer than usual, several factors could be responsible. The lint filter's surface might be clogged, so try washing it with lukewarm water. Alternatively, the condenser could be clogged and needs cleaning. Ensure the ventilation grills in front of the machine are open to prevent the room temperature from rising too much. A layer of limescale on the humidity sensor can also extend drying time, so clean the humidity sensor. Avoid overloading the dryer with laundry, and select a higher spin speed on your washing machine to ensure the laundry is sufficiently spun before drying.
