E. Attach Gripper Clip to base with a bolt, lock washer
and hex nut. Remove plastic axle covers before
attaching Wheels to Base. Attach Wheels to Base with
Wheel Retainer using the 5/32” allen wrench in the
fastener bag.

IV.) Pump Preparation
*General Pumps Only
A.) Remove the shipping plug from the oil fill hole.
B.) Screw the vented dipstick into oil fill hole.
C.) Check oil level in the pump. Make sure it is between
the max/min marks on the vented dipstick.

**Cat Pumps Only
A.) Remove shipping tape from oil fill cap
B.) Make sure the oil is 1/2 way up oil sight glass.
C.) Push yellow cap onto red oil fill cap(157820 Only).

V.) Engine Preparation
A.) Fill engine with oil to the top of the engine oil fill neck.
B.) Fill fuel tank with unleaded gasoline, 86 octane min.
VI.) Chemical Injector Preparation
A.) Push clear hose onto chemical strainer.
B.) Push other end of clear hose onto chemical injector.
