Start by checking if the drain line flow control or the injector/screen are plugged and clean these parts. Also, ensure that the inlet pressure is adequate; it should be increased to 25 PSI. Internal valve leaks can also prevent brine draw, so replacing the seals, spacers, and piston assembly might be necessary.
