General Safety Warning
Please make sure that you read and follow these
instructions carefully. Keep these instructions in
a safe place for future reference.

1. INTENDED USE
For use by those who have diculty rising to a seated position in bed. It enables the user to pull themselves
upright to a sitting position by pulling on successive handles. This product can be tted to most bed types
and sizes from single to king size.
2. SAFETY
Warning: The maximum user weight must not be
more than 140 kg (22 st).
Always t the bed ladder on top of the bed and
bedding; do not t between sheets.
Make sure the ladder is securely attached to the foot
of the bed prior to use.
Make sure any excess or loose strapping is tucked
or tied out of the way at all times.
Keep the product away from re.
Not suitable for use by children.
3. UNPACKING
Remove the packaging and check all parts carefully.
Contact your supplier immediately if parts are
missing or damaged and do not try and assemble.
3.1 Contents:
1. Bed Ladder x 1
2. Bed Straps with plastic buckle x 2
4. FITTING
1. Place the Bed Ladder on the bed in the required
position for the user, handles facing upwards.
Note: The bed ladder can be positioned centrally on
a single bed, or oset to one side on a double bed.
The top handle should be within easy reach of the
user when lying down in the bed.
2. Use the bedding clips at the top of the ladder to
secure it to the bed linen.
Note: If the bed linen material is thin, it may be
necessary to fold twice for the bedding clips to grip
securely.
3. Loop a bed strap around one of the bed legs or
castors at the foot of the bed.
4. Thread the buckle through the loop in the strap
and pull tight.
5. Repeat steps 3 & 4 for the second strap on the
opposite bed leg/castor.
