Why is my NuAire NU-9668E cooling poorly?
    • R
      Rachel BrooksAug 10, 2025
Poor cooling in your NuAire Freezer can be caused by several factors: the ambient temperature may be too high, the inner door latch or outer door may not be completely closed (possibly due to frost or ice), the air intake vent or condenser filter could be blocked, the door isn't shut tightly, the inner door is not installed correctly, the set temperature is not set properly, the grille is blocked, the freezer is in direct sunlight or near a heating source, a rubber cap and insulation aren't set correctly, or too many unfrozen articles were placed inside.

      Danny FlowersAug 19, 2025
If the chamber of your NuAire Freezer isn't cooling, check the following: Ensure the circuit breaker of the power source is active, verify the voltage isn't too low (if it is, call an electrician), confirm power is supplied and the breaker isn't tripped, and avoid storing a large amount of articles in the chamber at once.

What to do if alarm test key cannot actuate the alarm in NuAire NU-9668E Freezer?

      Vickie MichaelAug 29, 2025
The alarm in your NuAire Freezer is activated only when the power switch is ON. If only the buzzer or only the alarm is actuated by the alarm test key, the unactuated part is out of order, and must be replaced.
