Why does the spray pattern of my Numax SPS08 Paint Sprayer look distorted?

A distorted spray pattern on your Numax Paint Sprayer can be due to several reasons. It could be that the fluid tip is partly blocked, or the air cap is clogged, so try cleaning the fluid tip and air cap. Another cause could be that the material is too thick or needs straining, so thin the material according to the manufacturer's instructions and strain it using a paint strainer. Also, make sure you are holding the gun parallel to the paint surface. The pattern control knob might be partially closed, so turn it counterclockwise. Finally, the fluid control might be too heavy, so adjust the fluid control knob.
