The core function of the CDT-8 Pro is to play Red Book standard CDs with a powerful DSP-based decoder. This decoder incorporates master-clock control for the entire decoding system, which significantly reduces jitter. SRC Functionality: The SRC menu allows users to select their desired up-sampling or down-sampling rate for the digital outputs. Once the SRC menu is active, other functions are temporarily disabled until a value is selected and set.
