Function Description:

The NutriBullet® XXL Digital Air Fryer uses hot air to cook food, providing a crispy texture similar to traditional frying but with significantly less oil. It offers various preset cooking programs for different types of food, including pork & lamb chops, fry, bake, poultry, fish, steak, dried fruit, and shellfish. Users can also manually adjust the cooking temperature and time to suit their specific needs. The appliance is designed for countertop use and is intended for household use only. • Preset Cooking Programs: The control panel includes icons for various food types (pork & lamb chops, fry, bake, poultry, fish, steak, dried fruit, shellfish), each with a default temperature and cooking time. Users can select a program by pressing the Menu button until the desired program flashes, and then press Start/Stop to begin cooking.
  • Manual Temperature and Time Adjustment: Users can manually set or adjust the cooking temperature and time using the Temperature/Time button and the +/- buttons. This can be done before cooking starts or during cooking by first pausing the process.
  • Standby Mode: If idle for 10 minutes, the unit enters Standby mode. Pressing the Power button wakes the Air Fryer and displays the full control panel.

    • Steam Release: Hot steam is released through air vents at the back, and users are advised to keep hands and face away.
    • Cooking Basket Removal: Caution is advised when removing the Cooking Basket to avoid splattering or hot steam. The unit should be turned off and the frying action stopped before removal.
    • Overfill Prevention: Users are instructed not to overfill the cooking basket, leaving at least 50mm of space between food and the top, and preventing direct contact with the heating element.
    • Proper Ventilation: The Air Fryer should be placed on a clean, dry, flat surface at least 20cm away from the wall to ensure proper air ventilation.
    • Non-Food Items: Do not put non-food items into the Cooking Basket for frying or heating.
    • Power Cord Safety: Instructions include not letting the power cord hang over edges, touch hot surfaces, or become knotted/tangled. Regular inspection of the power cord and plug for damage is recommended.

  • Cooking Basket and Crisping Tray: These parts are TOP RACK dishwasher safe or can be cleaned by rinsing in warm soapy water.
  • Base Cleaning: The inner wall of the Air Fryer Base should be wiped with a warm cotton cloth to remove residue, then dried. The exterior should be cleaned by wiping it with a damp cloth.
  • No Submersion: The base should NEVER be submerged in water or any other liquid.
  • Avoid Abrasive Cleaners: Do not use abrasive or metal cleaning tools on the Cooking Basket or Crisping Tray to avoid damaging the non-stick coating.
  • Sanitise Cycle Warning: Do not use the sanitise cycle in a dishwasher as high heat can warp the plastic.
  • Storage: After cleaning and drying, store the Air Fryer fully assembled in a safe, dry location.
  • Replacement Parts: Additional parts and accessories can be ordered from the manufacturer's website.
