  Several factors can cause your Nuttall Heated Shelf to not maintain temperature. If the food was placed in the shelf at a low temperature, it's best to load products as hot as possible. Also, drafts from doorways or air conditioning can lower the temperature; consider relocating the unit or adjusting the temperature settings by contacting your service provider. Finally, check if the set temperature is too low and increase it using the programmer. If the zone is not heating up, contact Customer Support.
