STEP 7
Turn around the assembled cart, top surface face down.
Install four Caster Wheel (8) to bottom shelf.
NOTE: Tighten all screws now.
STEP 8
Install the Bottle Opener (5) to the Left Front Leg, use
two Bolt M6 x 15 (A).
Put four “S” Hook (14) on the side handle.
