  If your NuvoMed Baby Accessories device isn't responding, the batteries may be depleted. Try replacing them with new ones. Also, ensure that the batteries are installed with the correct polarity. Incorrect polarity can prevent the device from powering on.

Why does my NuvoMed RN-50A device show 'Err'?

  If you see 'Err' on your NuvoMed Baby Accessories device, the ambient temperature might be too low or too high. Leave the device in a room where the temperature is between 50°F (10°C) and 104°F (40°C) for 20 minutes, and then try again.
