  • Blending Process:
    1. Ensure the Jar is properly attached to the Power Base.
    2. Cut solid foods into small chunks before blending.
    3. First, add liquids to the Jar.
    4. Then, add solids and/or ice.
    5. Secure the Strainer on the Jar, followed by the Lid.
    6. Press the Power button twice to begin blending.
  • Strainer: An optional strainer is included to filter out chunky pieces from blended ingredients.
  • Safety Features:
    • Equipped with a safety sensor that prevents the blades from spinning when the jar is detached.
    • The blender will flash red-blue-red-blue when the Jar is not attached.
    • Automatic shutdown after a 30-second blending cycle.
    • Requires a 2-minute wait time between cycles to prevent overheating.
  • Jamming Prevention: If blades become jammed, turn off the blender, turn it horizontally, and gently shake. If still jammed, turn it upside down and gently shake.
  • Ingredient Guidelines:
    • Do not blend liquids over 120°F/49°C to prevent damage and leaks.
    • Avoid overloading; always leave room at the top of the Jar.
    • For best results, liquid and fruit mix should fill more than 20% of the Jar.
    • Not a shaved ice machine. Use frozen fruits and refrigerated beverages, or add crushed ice (10% of total capacity) and water/liquids (80% of volume).
    • Do not blend ice cubes or hard objects without adding water or liquids, as this may damage the blades.
    • Do not run the blender without ingredients in the Jar to prevent motor burnout.
    • Avoid storing blends for long periods, as sugars can ferment and create pressure.
  • Safety Interlocks: Do not attempt to defeat any safety interlock mechanisms.

Maintenance Features:

  • Fast Cleaning: Add warm soapy water to the Jar, press the Power button twice, and rinse.
  • Deep Cleaning:
    1. Remove the Lid and Strainer, as well as the attached silicone rings.
    2. Wash them with warm, soapy water using a brush, sponge, or wet towel.
    3. Allow to dry completely.
  • Power Base Cleaning: Do not pour water directly onto the Power Base. Use a wet towel to clean the exterior, inside, and blades. Do not immerse the Power Base in any liquid.
  • Storage: When not in use, store the Jar on the main unit. Store the product in a clean, dry, ventilated room within the specified temperature and humidity ranges.

Important Safeguards and Warnings:

  • General Safety:
    • Use only with the provided USB-C cable and charger.
    • Do not operate with a damaged cord, plug, or if the appliance malfunctions.
    • Avoid contact with moving parts.

  • Assembly: Ensure the Power Base is screwed onto the Jar properly to prevent injury and leakage. Do not overtighten the Jar. Make sure the USB cover on the Power Base is closed before use.
  • During Operation:
    • Do not put hands or other tools close to the blades while in use.
    • Always wait until the blending cycle has completed before detaching the Jar.
    • Release any pressure before pouring blended ingredients.
    • If abnormal sounds, smells, or smoke occur, turn off immediately and contact Customer Service.
  • Charging: Do not attempt to use while charging.
