  If the NuWave Blender doesn't work even when plugged in and both the Power button and Power Switch are ON, make sure that: 1. The lid is correctly placed on the jar, aligning the red dot on top of the lid with the jar’s handle, and press it down firmly to secure it. 2. The Vacuum Lid is properly locked by lining up the Lid Lock Hooks with the Jar Tabs and locking it onto the Jar.

You are using the Vacuum Lid, not the Plunger Lid. 7. The Vacuum Arm is correctly secured onto the lid, ensuring a “click” sound.
