Ginger Lime Dressing
Ingredients:
1 ounce freshly peeled ginger
Juice and zest of 3 limes
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 (6-ounce) can coconut milk
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Pinch sea salt
1 tablespoon sugar
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in blender, set to 10, and blend
for 3 minutes.
2. Refrigerate overnight.
