Ingredients:
2 cups fresh kale, well rinsed
2 cups fresh spinach, well rinsed
1 bunch fresh parsley
1 liter purified water
Juice of 1 lemon
Directions:
Add all ingredients to blender, set to 10, and blend for 1-2 minutes.
