What to do if only the power light is on on my NXe 23-399 Battery Charger?

      Amanda HintonJul 31, 2025
If the NXe Battery Charger shows only the power light, it could be due to several reasons. First, the battery may already be fully charged. Another possibility is that the battery is not correctly mounted. You should remove and then remount the battery to ensure proper contact. It's also advisable to clean both the battery and charger contacts. If the problem persists, the battery itself might be defective.

If your NXe Battery Charger has no indicator lights, ensure the AC adapter is securely connected to both the wall and the power input jack. Also, verify that the wall outlet is working correctly. If you're using the car cord, make sure it's firmly connected to both the cigarette lighter socket and the power input jack, and that the cigarette lighter socket is functional.
