  If your NXR Grill only heats to 200-300 degrees, check the following: * Ensure the fuel hose isn't bent or kinked. * Clear the grill area of any dust. * Clean the burner and orifices. * Check for spiders and insects. Also, the regulator might have a safety device restricting gas flow, even without a leak. To reset it, turn off all burners, close the LP tank valve, disconnect the regulator, wait one minute, reconnect, slowly open the LP tank valve fully, then light all burners and check the temperature.

Why is the regulator on my NXR 780-0832C making noise?

  If the regulator on your NXR Grill is making noise, the vent hose on the regulator may be plugged or the regulator may be faulty. First, ensure the vent hole on the regulator isn't obstructed. Clear the hole, close the gas control valves, wait ten minutes, and restart. If the flames are still not performing correctly, the regulator should be replaced.

Why are the burner flames on my NXR 780-0832C Grill not light blue?

  If your NXR Grill burner flames are not light blue, it could be due to too much or not enough air for the flame. Air ventilation is the principal cause, however cold weather can affect the mixture, and burner adjustment may be required. Also, check if the grill is in a windy location.

  If the rotisserie motor on your NXR Grill will not turn, ensure the motor is connected to a properly grounded power supply. Also, make sure the on/off switch is in the on position, the spit is fully inserted into the rotisserie motor, and the load does not exceed the 40-pound operational capacity.

  If the rotisserie burner on your NXR Grill will not light, check to see if debris is blocking the electrode. Verify there is a spark jumping to the burner from the electrode; if not, check the battery inside the ignitor box. Also, check to ensure the gas is on.

  If your NXR Grill does not light immediately, ensure that there is a spark while you are trying to light the burner. If there is no spark, check that the wire is connected to the electrode assembly. Clean the wires and/or electrode with rubbing alcohol and a clean swab, then wipe with a clean cloth. If other burners operate, check the gas orifice on the malfunctioning burner for any obstruction.
