If your OAK Indoor Fireplace remote control isn't working, first, replace the batteries. If that doesn't solve the problem, make sure you are aiming the remote at the sensor, which is located directly behind the glass screen in the center of the unit, just above the logs. If it still fails, the remote control or the sensor might be defective and require replacement.

If the flame isn't moving in your OAK Indoor Fireplace, there are several potential causes. Begin by inspecting the wiring for any loose connections. If the wiring is secure, the flame motor might be defective, requiring a qualified service technician to replace it. Another possibility is that the flame rod is out of place due to rough handling during transit.
