CONSUMER TO REMOVE ANY DATA FROM THE PRODUCT RETURNED TO OAKLEY OR AN OAKLEY AUTHORIZED
DEALER. OAKLEY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA WHATSOEVER.
Any expenses incurred in returning product for warranty assessment will be done so at the expense of the end
consumer. If the returned product is deemed to be a valid warranty claim then Oakley will incur the cost of any further
freight charges. If the warranty claim is deemed to be invalid, we will contact you to see if you want us to conduct
repairs at your cost and, in any event, you will be charged for outbound freight based on Oakley’s standard shipping
rates.
FOR END CONSUMERS IN AUSTRALIA:
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a
replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You
are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure
does not amount to a major failure. The benefits given to you under our express warranty are in addition to other
rights and remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law and other laws.

Filter Category (Protection Index) and Filter Type are identified by a number and a letter found on the packaging or
on the bar code sticker. The number indicates the category of the filter (see Table 1) and the letter indicates the filter
type (N=normal/plano, P=polarized, F=photochromic). In the case of photochromic lenses (F), the filter category of
both the faded and darkened states are indicated.
MANUFACTURER’S CONFORMANCE NOTE:
The Product exceeds the US FDA Reg. 21 CFR 801.410 requirement for impact resistance and the requirements for
sunglasses identified in ANSI Z80.3:2010. The Product is in conformance with the provisions of Council Directive
89/686/EEC and as such is conforming to the harmonized standard ISO 12312-1:2013.
