      Nicole FloresAug 19, 2025
Your Ocean Washer might not start due to several reasons: it may not be plugged in, the fuses could be faulty, there might be no mains power supply, the Start/Pause button may not have been pressed, the programme dial could be in the ‘stop’ position, or the machine door might not be completely closed. Ensure the machine is plugged in, check and replace the fuses if necessary, verify the mains power supply, press the Start/Pause button, turn the programme dial to the desired position, and ensure the machine door is completely closed.

Why does my Ocean Washer vibrate so much?
    • W
      williammooreAug 26, 2025
If your Ocean Washer is vibrating excessively, it could be because the feet have not been adjusted, or the transit bolts (fitted for transportation) have not been removed. A small load in the drum, overloading the machine, unevenly spread laundry or placing the machine on a hard surface can also cause vibrations. Make sure to adjust the feet, remove the transit bolts, avoid overloading the drum, spread laundry evenly, and do not set up your washing machine on a hard surface. Note that a small load will not prevent operation of your machine.
