Assembly Instructions
STEP 1. Connect horizontal tube (H), with the
metal tube frame (A) and plastic washer (I) using
the screws (E). Use wrench (F) to tighten the
screws.
STEP 2. Screw wheels (G) into the bottom
of metal tube frame (A). Make sure that the locking
wheels are on the same side.
NOTE: Check to ensure
you have two non-locking and two locking wheels.
Check that locking mechanism works properly. Screw
wheels stem completely into bottom of metal tube frame.
Tighten securely.

E. Screws x 8
G. Wheels x 4
(2 locking, 2 non-locking)
D. Wire Handle x 4
STEP 3. Put grid shelf (B) onto the bottom
horizontal tube (H). Keep grid shelf (B) lip down.
STEP 4. Insert wire handle (D) through the loops
of bag (C). Then place them on the top horizontal
tube (H).
Safety Information
1. Two adults are recommended for ease of assembly. Use care when handing.
2. Assembly recommended on a soft surface, such as carpet, to avoid scratching flooring finish.
3. Discard the black circular plastic pieces. These are used to separate the shelves for shipping purpose.
CAUTION: Do not allow children to climb or play in or
around the shelves.
