Fit the EEBD by inserting the mouthpiece, attaching the nose clip, and adjusting the neck strap and face shield for a secure fit.
The EEBD has a service life of fifteen years from manufacture, provided it is stored or worn according to usage conditions.
Read the pressure gauge daily; ensure the needle is in the green zone for safe operation and remove if obstructed.
Conduct regular visual checks for damage like cracks, gaps, broken parts, or visible debris inside the case.
Avoid dropping, use only a soft brush for cleaning, do not immerse in water, and do not sit on the unit.
Do not drag on the ground or place near heat above 70°C; avoid stickers that impede opening or gauge reading.
Use the EEBD immediately upon detecting smoke, fire, gas alarms, temperature increase, or air interruption.
Follow all instructions to prevent injury/death; never substitute or modify parts.
