Turn the grind dial to the left or right to set the desired coarseness (1=fine, 11=coarse).
Lift the lid off the bean hopper.
Pour the required quantity of coffee beans into the bean hopper.
Ensure the magnetic catch bin is positioned directly below the chute.
Press the power switch to start the grinding process.
Flick the metal spring to eject remaining grounds before removing the catch bin.
Remove the catch bin and then its lid.
Pour the ground coffee into your brewing device.
Slowly rotate the dial to align with the desired number for coarser (right) or finer (left) particle size.
Recommended grind settings for different brewing methods like Pour-Over, AeroPress, and French Press.
Grind beans just before brewing for best taste. Store beans in a controlled environment to extend shelf life.
Clear old grinds from the chute if not used daily to prevent flavor contamination.

If pour-over brew is clogging, try using a coarser grind setting.
