NOTE: Ensure water pump gear snaps
properly onto needle pin.
Install NEW circlip to retain water pump
gear.
NOTICE Never use the circlip a second
time.
Always install a NEW one.

Water Pump Intermediate Drive Gear
Install the following parts on water pump
intermediate shaft.
- Needle pin
- Water pump intermediate drive gear.
Install NEW circlip to retain water pump
intermediate drive gear.
NOTICE Never use the circlip a second
time. Always install a NEW one.
