A/C Hose
The hose needs to be replaced in case of
leakage, wear and aging.
NOTE： replace the pressure switch, the
refrigerant should be drained first, Refer to
the refrigerant discharge and filling.
NOTE: When replacing a new hose, pay
attention to the integrity of the O-ring and
apply an appropriate amount of lubricating
oil at the interface. The lubricating oil
model is PAG56.
RECLAMATION AND CHARGING WITH

When the refrigeration accessories need to
be replaced, the refrigerant must be
drained first. The following is operated by
the manifold pressure gauge.
1. Low meter(blue)
2. High meter(red)
3. High pressure manual valve(red)
4. High pressure hose(red)
5. Service hose(yellow or green)
6. Low pressure hose(blue)
7. Low pressure manual valve(blue)
NOTE: Only A/C trained technicians should
perform the reclaiming and recharging.
This test is run with the engine OFF, and the
A/C switch in the OFF position.
1. Remove the caps on the high pressure
port 2 and low pressure port 1.
1. Low port
2. High port
NOTE: Do not use the high pressure port for
testing or charging.
