CAUTION: BE SURE TO WEAR APPROPRIATE PROTECTION (I.E. HAND, EAR, EYE, AND FACE
PROTECTION) AS CUTTING METAL IS LOUD AND PIECES MAY BE SHARP AND HOT
1. Turn the power to the HVAC system o before installing the system.
2. Select the correct template and tape it to the duct work in the intended
installation position.
3. For OS36 and OS72: Pre-drill two (2) 1/8” holes where indicated.
For OS144: Pre-drill four (4) 1/8” holes where indicated.
4. For OS36 and OS72: Drill two (2) - 2 1/2” holes where indicated.
For OS144: Drill four (4) - 2 1/2” holes where indicated. Remove any
burrs and be sure duct surface is at after cutting holes.
