Die Hexagonal-Crimpzange wird zum Vercrimpen von gedreh-
ten Kontakten mit einer Leitung verwendet. Das ergonomische
Design und die optimale Kraftübersetzung sorgen für komfor-
tables Arbeiten.
Die Zange eignet sich für einen maximalen Querschnittsbe-
reich von 10 bis 50 mm

. Dieser Bereich kann je nach Produkt-
serie abweichen.

The hexagonal crimping tool is used to crimp turned contacts
on to a conductor. The ergonomic design and an optimum
force transmission provide for comfortable working.
The crimping tool is suitable for a maximum cross-section
range from 10 mm

to 50 mm

ing on the product series.

Open Snap Closure and Prepare Hand-lever

Open snap closure and turn locking mechanism to the yellow dot to enable hand-lever movement.

Insert and Lock Crimping Jaws

Insert crimping jaws, press until locked, and close snap closure.

Insert Contact and Cable

Insert prepared contact with cable into crimping point, ensuring middle placement.

Optional: Rapid Feed Adjustment

Optionally close crimp die to the contact using the rapid feed.

Perform Crimping Operation

Operate hand-lever until crimping jaws are completely closed.

Reset Jaws and Check Result

Use rapid feed for quick jaw reset, then remove and check the crimped contact.
