The arrangements of LED are as follow:
[1] LED in 50%-60%(green)
[2] LED in 60%-70%(green)
[3] LED in 70%-80%(yellow)
这此值为已设置的切换极限值.在达到100%的转速界限值后所有LED闪红色,
这时应执行切换过程.
