Depress Foot Pedal (12) and insert Drawbar assembly into Front Support (3) .

VALVE STEM
IS FACING OUT

Align Center Spacer (26) and Swivel Clevis (6) with Axle (4). Push Axle (4) through
Swivel Clevis (6) and Spacer (26) and then through rest of Undercarriage (2).
Slide Washers (24) and Wheels (20) onto Axle (4) and secure with Hairpins (25)
as shown.
