1 . ln order
to be
eligible
forthis
Limited
Warranty,
the
purchaser
must return
the
Warranty
Registration
Card
to Ohm
within
120
days
of
purchase
of
speaker.
2.
This
Limited
Warranty
is made
to
the original
purchaser
only
and
is
not
valid
with
respect
to
subsequent
owners
of sPeaker.
3.
Ohm
will,
during
the
period
of
this
Limited
Warranty
and subject
to
the
Limitations
and
Exclusions
stated
herein,
repair
defective
speakers
without charge
for
parts
or
labor.
Ohm
makes
no
warranty
whatsoever
with
respect
to speaker
cabinets.
4. Ohm
will
have
no
liability under
this
Limited
Warranty
if the speaker
has been
driven
beyond
its
rated
maximum
power
handling
capacity,
as determined
by
Ohm
in
its sole
discretion.
5.
ln orderto
be eligibleforthis
Limited
Warranty,
purchaser
must
return
the speaker
to
the
Ohm
factory
at
the address
listed
hereon,
postage
prepaid.
Speakers
will be
returned
freight
C.O.D.
6.
This
Limited
Warranty
is
valid
only
with
respect
to speakers
sold
within the
United
States.
