Itispossibletoproceedwiththeelectricalconnectionusingacableembeddedintothewallinapositionas
indicatedintheinstallationtemplate(recommendedconnectionforinstallingtheapplianceistotheupper
partofthewall).
• This operation must be performed only by the installer or any similarly qual-
ied personnel and in compliance to the current national regulations.
• To prevent the risk of an electric shock it is mandatory to switch off the main
switch before performing the electrical connections or any maintenance op-
eration to the appliances.
Toreplacethepowercord,proceedasfollows:
a. Removethelowercover(interlocking)(A)(g.25).
b. Removetheuppercover(interlocking)(B)(g.25).
c. Unscrewthe6screwsthatlockthefrontcover(g.26).
d. Removethefrontcover(C)(g.27)andremovethecoveroftheelectricalbox(D)(g.27).
e. Unscrewthecableclamp(E)(g.27)andunscrewthecablelockingscrewsoftheterminalblock(F)
(g.27).
f. Removethepresentcableandinsertthenewcablefollowingthesamepath.
g. Removethewoodenwedgeonthebackofthemachine.
h. Lockthethreepolesofthecableintheterminalblockandtightenthescrews(F)(g.27).
i. Securethecablewiththeclamp(E)(g.27).
l. Closetheboardprotection(D)(g.27).
m. Retthefrontcoverofthemachinewiththesixscrews.
n. Reassemblethetwointerlockingcovers(upperandlower).
These operations must be carried out with the machine already positioned on the bracket, also
carefully read the following instructions before completing the electrical connection.
2.5 - TOP/BOTTOM INSTALLATION CONFIGURATION
Theunitcanbeinstalledbothinthelowerpart(adjacenttotheoor)andintheupperpart(adjacenttothe
ceiling)ofthewall.
Tooptimizeairdistributionandambientcomfort,thedirectionoftheairowcanbechangedbychanging
thepositionoftheairoutletap.
AIR OUTLET FLAP CONFIGURATION CHANGE FROM LOW WALL TO HIGH WALL AND VICE VERSA
Workasfollows(seeg.28-29):
a. Delicatelyopentheapanddetachitfromitssideandcentralhooksonthedeectors.
b. Removethepin(P1)androtatetheap180°.
c. Insertthepin(P1)ontherightsideoftheap.
d. Re-inserttheapbyinsertingthepin(P1)inthelowerholelocatedontherightoftheopening(P2)and
insertthepinalreadylocatedintheapplianceinthelowerholelocatedontheleftoftheopening.
UPPER WALL CONFIGURATION DETERMINES AN AUTOMATIC CORRECTION OF THE ROOM
TEMPERATURE EQUAL TO 3°C IN HEATING MODE.
For correct functionality, each modication of the conguration of the air outlet
ap must correspond to the relative modication of the electronic conguration.
