5.1. Action items per breakdown symptom

When the power supply fails
to be turned ON
Push the power supply switch for more than 10sec in the state of
power supply being turned off.
Check whether charging is being executed.
If the body fails to operate even after checking of the above item,
contact the agency or the A/S center.
When measurements cannot
be made
Push the power supply switch for more than 3sec, and check
whether the power supply is turned OFF.
Push the power supply again for more than 2sec, and check
whether the power supply is turned ON.
Check whether the measurement LED is lighted yellow when the
power supply is pushed fast once in the state of Display LEDV
When 'X' message occurs after measurement
- Check whether the network of Mobile phone is appropriately
connected
- Adhere the Bello Device to the human body for re-
measurement
If the instrument fails to operate even after checking of the above
item, contact the agency or the customer center.
When charging cannot be
executed
Check the normal charging when the charger is connected to an
instrument other than Bello.
Check whether the charging LED is turned ON when the charger
is connected to Bello.
If the instrument fails to operate even after checking of the above
item, contact the agency or the customer center.
When Display LED fails to
operate
When the display LED operates abnormally in the state of the
power supply being turned ON, contact the agency or the customer
center.
When the buzzer sound
cannot be heard
Conduct measurements at a quiet place.
In the following cases, contact the agency or the customer center.
- When the buzzer sound is not heard although measurements
were successful
- When the buzzer sound is not heard while measurements
were not successful
When no pairing can be
executed between Bello
Device and Mobile App
Push the measurement button for 10sec while the Bello Device is
in 'V' state.
Check whether all Display LED’s are lighted.
Delete the instrument information of Bluetooth device in the
Phone.
Attempt pairing again after turning the Bello Device ON.
If the instrument fails to operate even after checking of the above
item, contact the agency or the customer center.
