Maintenance Features

The Olsson Unique E-Scooter requires regular maintenance to ensure its longevity and performance:

  • Cleaning: Clean and dry the scooter after each use. Avoid getting the scooter wet, as water damage is not covered under warranty. Do not use alcohol, gasoline, kerosene, volatile chemical solvents, or other corrosive solutions for cleaning, as they can cause serious damage.
  • Tire Replacement: Replace tires when any signs of wear or breakage appear. Contact the distributor for original tire casings. A flat or deflated tire increases battery consumption and reduces maximum speed.
  • Brake System: Monitor the condition of the braking system's wearing parts and visit an official service center for replacement if necessary. Keep the rear brake disc clean to prevent breakage. Avoid touching the disc brake immediately after use, as it may be hot.
  • Screws: Check for loose screws and tighten them as needed.
  • Battery Charging and Maintenance:
    • Fully charge the battery before first use.
    • Turn off the scooter before charging.
    • Connect the charger to the port on the left side of the base, then plug it into a power supply. The display will show the charge level.
    • Charge the battery at least once a month if it remains inactive for a long time.
    • The equipment is fully charged when the red light on the charger turns green.
    • The charger has a charge protection function, stopping automatically when the battery reaches 100%.
    • Use only the original AC adapter provided with the device to prevent accidents or vehicle fires.
    • Charge the battery after each use to extend its life.
    • Avoid complete discharge, as it reduces battery life.
    • Battery performance is optimal at normal room temperature; performance decreases below 0 degrees Celsius.
    • Important Battery Note: A fully charged scooter has a standby time of 120-180 days. The battery features a smart chip that stores charge-discharge information. Failure to charge the battery for extended periods can cause severe damage, making it impossible to recharge, and this type of damage is not covered under warranty. Do not disassemble the device by unauthorized persons due to the risk of electric shock or serious injury from a short circuit. Water ingress, collision, or other abnormal factors causing battery damage are not covered by the warranty.
  • Accessories: Use only original Olsson & Brothers brand accessories.
  • User Manual: Keep the manual for future reference.
  • Warranty: The product comes with a legal warranty covering manufacturing defects. It is essential to retain the purchase invoice along with the warranty document. Repairs under warranty must be performed by Rider Division's Official Technical Assistance Service or authorized distributors. The warranty does not cover damage from incorrect installation, use of non-original accessories, tampering, force majeure, lack of recommended maintenance, or aesthetic deterioration from normal use. The battery replacement is not covered due to its limited lifespan and special maintenance requirements.
