Protecting images [On] Adding sound to still images [_]
_ Protected images cannot be erased by
[ERASE] (p. 16), [SEL. IMAGE[, or [ALL
ERASE[ [p. 29), but all images are erased
by [MEMORY FORMAT[/[FORMAT[ (p. 31).
Images can be erased.
Images are protected so that
they cannot be erased except
ON by formatting of the internal
memory/card.
(:1_,Use [_J to select an image.
Use q317_ to select [ON].
,3 f necessary, repeat Steps _ and 2
to protect other images, and press the
_:_ button.

The camera adds (records) sound
for approx. 4 seconds while

playing back the image. This

even after the power is turned off.

Erasing images [#_ ERASE]
_ When erasing pictures in the internat
memory, do not insert the card into the
camera.
