Spot metering
Use spot metering when you want to limit light metering to a particular area of the
composition. It is particularly useful when lighting is uneven, or when there is strong
backlight or sidelight.
*Position the subject for spot metering
within the autofocus frame in the center
of the viewfinder.
* Press the spot button.
(green) will appear in the viewfinder, and the
automatic spot metering exposure will be
locked.
