"Simulated Output" Test
1. Turn the knob "COARSE" right to the end, knob of RANGE turn right to
the last two position, press "TYPE" key to select "TYPE-E", if display
does not show "OL" then adjust VR4 slowly to make display ="OL"
(Note: Take care not to adjust VR4 too far).
