Locate minimum 300mm from sidewall and inside corner.
Use inside wall, top edge 300-500mm below ceiling, 300mm from corner.
Do not locate in kitchens (cooking smoke) or garages (vehicle exhaust).
Avoid forced air ducts, "A" frame ceilings, and peaks.
Avoid areas with extreme temperatures or high humidity.
Evacuate via escape plan, check doors for heat, stay low, call fire department from neighbor.
Caused by cooking smoke or direct smoke blowing; check for fire first.
Must be installed by a qualified electrician per AS/NZ 3000.
Alarm functions as stand-alone or can be interconnected up to 40 units.
