5. assembly
1. Engine and main tube (g F1)
Align the bar and the fuel tank and attach it with the 4 supplied socket head cap screws. Secure
the connection rmly with equal force on all of them.
(1) Fuel tank
(2) Screw
(3) Main tube
2.Handlebar (g F2)
Insert the right handle (throttle lever is attached) and the left handle assembly into the bracket
and retighten the bolts.
(1) Handlebar mount
(2) Right handle
(3) Basis
(4) Left handle
(5) Engine side
For oval shaped handlebars, the process is quite similar. In this case, the oval handlebar must be
xed more than 250mm from the hanger bracket.
3. Safety protection (g F3)
Put the safety guard together with the gearbox and x it rmly with 2 screws (M5x25).

4. Throttle cable (g F4)
After attaching the cable, make sure the throttle cable connects to the throttle
lever. If not, it is very dangerous because the motors turn after releasing the
throttle.
warning
1. Plug the end of the cable into the throttle lever hole and x the cable on the lever as shown
in the picture.
2. Adjust the sheath and x the handle on the tube.

5. Throttle cable adjustment (g F5)
1. After releasing the throttle, pull the throttle cable. Normal clearance is 1 or 2mm when measured at the side end of the car-
buretor.
2. If it has short or long movement, remove air cleaner cover, loosen locknut and adjust it.

(2) Lock nut
