Do you have a question about the OMERA OPI M-400 and is the answer not in the manual?
The Omera Oil-Hydraulic Press with Two Uprights, model OPI.M - 315, is a double-effect machine designed for blanking, coining, and drawing steel plates. It features a monolithic structure made of welded sheet metal, heat-treated and sand-blasted to eliminate residual internal stress and ensure maximum rigidity. The slide, also made of heat-treated welded steel plate, is guided by eight self-lubricating sliding blocks with a play take-up device. The lower surface of the slide has T-shaped milled grooves for accommodating dies. The table is constructed from extra-thick steel to prevent bending and includes T-shaped milled grooves and holes for blank-holder pressure pins. The main cylinder is made of single-piece cast steel, internally ground and lapped, while the piston is made of ground and tempered steel, guided by special bronze bushes and sealed with gaskets.
The press is controlled by a hanging push-button board and a control console. The main control pulpit must be positioned at the front of the press for manual loading and unloading.
