The Installation of the machine must be performed only by authorized personnel and
in compliance with the laws in force and these instructions.
The manufacturer reserves the right to modify the equipment or the content of instruc-
tions, without prior notice.
In the event of a defect or malfunction, the main electricity supply and water supply
MUST be disconnected not only from the machine but even from the mains.
The product must be repaired only by authorized personnel, only using original spare
parts.

Do not use as ladder, avoid leaning on open door. Check for damage before installation.

Earth Connection

Ensure correct earth connection. Manufacturer not liable for damages due to its absence.

Electrical Connection Requirements

Compare machine data with mains supply. Use qualified electrician for doubts.

Extension Cords

Do not use extension cords; they do not guarantee sufficient safety.

Chemical Product Handling

Handle detergents/rinse aid with care. Use goggles/gloves. Do not inhale powder.

Door Operation Safety

Do not open door during operation due to hot water splash. Beware heating elements.

Installation and Start Up

Qualified Personnel

Installation must be by qualified technical personnel according to instructions and regulations.

Electrical Connection

Qualified Technicians

Connection must be by licensed, qualified technicians per current regulations.

Nameplate Specifications

Machine must be serviced with power, voltage, frequency, protection as specified on nameplate.

Wiring Network Requirements

Verify wiring network has grounding and an overvoltage category III isolating switch.

Power Disconnection

Disconnect power from main switch by switching it 'OFF' before any work.

Power Cable Connection

Connect power cable. Neutral wire must be correct. Cable is 'Y' type.

Earth Wire Connection

Connect earth wire to efficient earth. Electrical safety ensured by correct earth connection.

Equipotential System

Equipment must be in equipotential system. Connection via screw marked 'EQUIPOTENTIAL'.

Safety Without Tension

Machine is without tension and safe only when the mains switch is turned off.

Adjusting Chemical Dosing

Rinse Aid Dispenser - Hydraulic Pump

Safety: use gloves/glasses with corrosive products. Access dispenser by removing front panel.

Detergent Dosing and Maintenance Notes

General Chemical Notes

Respect safety for corrosive products. Clean systems when changing products. Use industrial products only.

Troubleshooting Guide

Machine Does Not Start

Check electrical power, door closure, micro switch, water level switch, and solenoid valve.

Wash Tank Fills Continuously

Check tank water level switch, air pressure switch, water inlet tap, overflow, jets, and solenoid valve.

Wash Tank Does Not Fill or Rinse

Check inlet tap, ON/OFF switch, 0-1 switch, overflow, jets, air gap, and solenoid valve.

Water Not Heating

Check water entry, tank/boiler heating elements, and safety thermostats.

Tank Does Not Drain

Check drain pipe for blockage. Remove or replace pipe if necessary.

Alarm Conditions and Status Indicators

Alarm Conditions

All LEDs blinking indicates alarm. Status indicated by LEDs. Normal operation restored by power cycle.

Specific Alarm Causes

Alarms can indicate faulty probes, open thermostats, door open, solenoid issues, or slow filling.
