GENERAL DESCRIPTION: irreversible electro-mechanical geared motor designed to automate industrial or
residential-type sliding gates. e geared motor does not have a mechanical clutch. For this reason, it must be
controlled by a control unit with torque adjustment. e CRONO series of geared motors has a manual brake
release lever with coded key. When choosing the geared motor to be installed, the weight and intensity of use
of the gate on which it is to be installed must be assessed (see limitations of use). Before installation, check the
strength of the structure (supporting columns, track and mechanical stops); if the sliding track tilts at an angle
and the gate does not move smoothly, replace any worn or damaged parts.
