INSTALLATION OF RACK RP1: move the gate into its open position; put the rack on the pinion of the geared
motor and x the rack with self-tapping screws. Fasten the screws, moving the gate into its closed position,
checking that the rack remains in contact with the pinion and making sure that the xing point does not corre-
spond with the surface of the wheel of the gate (gure 12). Each part of the rack has inserts for maintaining the
same pitch between the various modules (gure 13).
INSTALLAZIONE CREMAGLIERA RG4: portare il cancello in posizione di apertura, ssare i nottolini alla
cremagliera (gura 14), appoggiare la cremagliera al pignone del motoriduttore e iniziare a saldare i nottolini al
cancello (gura 15), per rispettare il passo della cremagliera tra i moduli si consiglia di accoppiare la dentatura
dei 2 elementi con una cremagliera con modulo 4 (gura16).

of the rack between the modules, it is advisable to couple the teeth of the 2 elements with a rack with module 4
(gure 16).
