CHANGING BLADE/LOADING CHEESE
1. Grasp the Cheese Holder and twist it
clockwise to unlock. (Fig. 2)
2. Remove the Main Body and the Cheese
Pusher from the Cheese Holder.
3. Take out the Cheese Divider by aligning
the gaps and the bumps.
(Fig. 3 )
NOTE: When removing the Cheese Holder with
some cheese remaining inside, a noticeable
spring force will be felt as the Cheese Holder.
4. Place the Blade on the bottom of the
Cheese Holder with the Shaft Inlet facing
up.
5. Replace the Cheese Divider. (Fig. 4)
6. Distribute the cheese you want to grate
evenly in the two chambers. Do not
overll.
(If necessary, cut cheese or chocolate so that
it will t easily into the Cheese Holder.)
7. Push the Main Body and Cheese Pusher
back to the Cheese Holder and twist it
anti-clockwise to lock. (Fig. 5)
