ONE dupray - Advanced Troubleshooting; Pressure Drops During Operation; Machine Not Heating; Electrical Cord Issues

PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE REMEDY
Pressure is dropping during operation. A. Pressure set to max for too long. A. Use lower pressure setting.
Machine is not heating. A. Out of water (light may not be on).
B. Styeam cleaner is OFF.
A. Follow the instructions on page 08.
B. Turn to
setting.
The electrical cord is damaged. A. Replace power cord. A. Contact Dupray at +
44 333 011 2660 for
replacement.
The hose keeps falling out of the
connection outlet.
A. The hose is not properly connected. A. Make sure you push the hose in all the
way and ensure the locking pin is in
place.
The white lever on the rectangular or
triangular tool cannot change position.
A. The arrow on the connector and the dot
on the tool are not lined up.
A. Rotate the connector so that the arrow
on the connector and the dot on the
tool line up. Slide the white lever to
the correct position.
