OPERATION
ON/OFF button
Switches the appliance on and off.
SPEEDbutton
Press this button several times to switch between the 3 speed levels.
VANE button
Press this button to vary the orientation of the slats.
TIME button
Press this button several times to set the switch-off timer to a time between
0.5 to 7.5 hours.
MODEbutton
Press this button to switch between the three operating modes Normal,
Natural and Sleep.
COOL button
Note: The cooling function can only be switched on when the fan is in operation.
Before operating the appliance in cooling module, make sure that the tank
vent valve is closed. Fill clean water into the water tank. Make sure that
the tank is not over- or underlled. After lling the water, press the COOL
button and the appliance starts blowing out cooler air. If you feel that it is still
insufciently cool, open the water tank lid and place additional ice cubes or the
frozen cooling pad in the water tank.
Notes: Before using the cooling pad you must rst unscrew the lid of the
cooling pad and ll clean water into the cooling pad until the lling mark is
reached. Screw the lid onto the cooling pad and place it in the freezer for at
least 1-2 hours.
