This policy is only applicable to the products
purchased from OnePlus official website
www.oneplus.com or OnePlus Exclusive Store (if
any). For any product not purchased from
OnePlus official website or OnePlus Exclusive
Store, you may refer to the Return Policy of
your original purchase channel.
OnePlus phones and accessories are made to
the highest standards and undergo rigorous
testing. If you are not satisfied with your
OnePlus product for any reason, you may
request a return within 15 calendar days of
delivery.
Once we approve your return request and
receive the product, we will perform standard
inspection. And if the product passes the
inspection, we will give you a full refund. Any
shipping and handling fees incurred in the
return process are not covered by the refund.
Return requests made outside of the 15-day
