Message What it means What to do
Re-check your glucose level.
If the result is HIGH GLUCOSE
again, obtain and follow
instructions from your healthcare
professional without delay.
Wait a few minutes and insert
a new test strip. If you do not
get another TEMPERATURE ERROR
message, the meter is now
within the operating range.
You may have a very
high blood glucose
level (severe
hyperglycemia), over
600 mg/dL.
Meter is too hot (above
111°F) or too cold
(below 43°F) to work
correctly.
