oneup EDC LITE - Prepare Steerer Tube for Star Nut

STEP 2 : REMOVE YOUR TOP CAP BOLT, LEAVE YOUR TOP CAP IN PLACE
STEP 3 : SCREW IN THE STAR NUT SETTER BOLT (LONG BOLT) 10 FULL TURNS.
Do not screw in the Setter Bolt until it bottoms out, as this will lead to your Star nut not being set deep enough to
install EDC Lite
