Editing the contents of an MD (continued)
Dividing a track
The following operation is possible during the
playback is ongoing or paused.
1 Press the EDIT/NO button several
times until "Divide?" appears in
the display.
Fine adjust the point where you wish to
divide the track.
Within the playing part, you can move the
dividing point in the range of -128 to
+127. (Increasing or decreasing the
dividing point by 1 corresponds with
approximately 0.05second.)
4 Press the YES button to divide
the track.
When the dividing of the track is
completed, "Complete" appears in the
display.

To stop dividing a track
Press the EDIT/NO button until “Divide?”
disappears, or press the e button.
2 Press the YES button.
The part at which the track is to be
divided plays repeatedly, with “Rehearsal”
and “Position Ok?” alternately shown on
the display.
3 Turn the AMCS knob while
listening to the part being
played.
